We have a tanker "mafia" rather here in Karachi. and the cater to great part of the city. Some of these are even contracted by the City Government to deliver water to pumping stations in areas that are connected to the main supply through insufficient means. Lahore and Islamabad, on the other hand, have no water issues. Interesting….
