Very succinctly expressed. I think that bloggers will force a change in the second issue you mention. This incident has been a great advertisement for bloggers in India. 

The government playing &quot;Big Daddy&quot; is alarming. 


On a side note.....It is surprising that India is the IT backend office of the world but our own ISP&#039;s dont have the technical finesse to block only a few sites, and not entire domains.</description>
