Small bit of info:
Pav Bhaji: Pav Bhaji was originally started in mumbai for textile mill workers. It was sold at railway stations for textile mill workeers when they missed the last train home and had to wait for the 1st early morning train. Then it was a simple mixture of mashed bhajis and pav.
Pav Bhaji was the original poor man’s meal of mumbai in mbai, which ironically has now become unaffordable for the poor man.

ummm….. yummm … yummmy… Luv Sheek Kabab and apna Mumbai Vada pav… Although i have never tried Mewad ice-cream. Shud try it somtime:)

Vada pav rocks. The mewad ice-cream is something that i’ve always wanted to try. but sumhow the uspicion of poor hygiene in making them hasnt let me, yet.
