@ Rohit: Yes, you&#039;re right about Flora; many of my friends in engineering and medicine used to pick up their reference books from there, cheap. I don&#039;t quite agree with you on Crossword since I&#039;ve visited several of their outlets in the city, including the Powai one. I&#039;m glad you&#039;ve had a good experience but personally, I think they are no match for the very many other bookshops across the city, that I&#039;ve mentioned - in service or in repertoire of books. 		<description>I get all my novels and some Engineering books from the hawkers near Flora Fountain. They&#039;ve got to be some of the best sellers in the city. Go all kinds of books, and they give it to you for absolute dirt cheap prices, with a returnable offer. Andheri station shops are pretty good, or so i heard.

Crossword i think is also decent enough. The staff you encountered may have been below par, but the ones in the powai outlet are good. The books collection that they have is not bad et all.</description>
